Rabbi Yitzchak Mizrahi started his rabbinic career in Omaha, Nebraska in 2008, serving as an associate rabbi. In 2012 the Mizrahi family moved to New Zealand, where Rabbi Mizrahi served as the senior rabbi in Wellington. In August of 2018 they returned to the US, settling in the Kansas City area, where Rabbi Mizrahi now serves as the director of the Vaad HaKashruth. In the summer of 2019 Rabbi Mizrahi began serving as the interim rabbi of BIAV, while the congregation conducts a rabbinic search to fill that position permanently.
